Slips, Trips and Falls

If you have slipped, tripped or fallen on a public pavement or path and, have been injured as a result, you may be able to make a claim for compensation.

The accident could have been caused by an uneven / wobbly pavement. Or it could have been caused if the pavement or path was covered in ice which had not been treated and, it caused you to slip and fall over injuring yourself.

In all such cases it would be the local authority that would be held responsible.
