As a passenger on any form of public transport including buses, trains, the underground, coaches and, even commercial aircraft and ferries / cruiseliners, you are entitled to claim compensation if you have been injured as a result of an accident that was not your fault. Your rights are protected by the Occupiers Liability Act 1957.
